1. Search for the product you want to buy and enter the delivery date, location and quantity. You can also add several bouquets or plants to your order. Click on "Continue".
2. The overview of your shopping cart is displayed. You can choose between Standard delivery (€ 4.90) and Express delivery (€ 11.90). Click on "Continue".
3. Enter all data for the delivery. Choose a greeting card and add your text and your name (if you wish). If you would like flowers to be delivered to another address, click on "Add order to another address". If not, click on "Continue".
4. Login to your account or click on "I have no account" and enter your details. Add your email address and let us know if you would like to subscribe to our monthly newsletter. Further, agree to the “Terms and Conditions”. Click on "Continue".
5. You see the overview of your order. You can amend the data as needed. Click on "Pay now".
6. You proceed to the secure payment of our payment provider. Choose the desired payment method. Enter your card or account information and confirm with the required confirmation code.
7. Upon confirmation of the payment, you will automatically return to the website of FLORAMALL.
8. After a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The ordering process has now been completed. Enjoy the ordered flowers.
